How to find your Product ID Code

Your Product ID Code is a 14 digit number in the format XXXX-XXXXXX-XXXX. It was required to activate your 30-day trial of CheckUp.

To find your Product ID Code:

1. Start CheckUp
2. Click the About CheckUp link at the bottom of the screen.
3. Using the image below as a guide, locate your Product ID Code on the About CheckUp page.
