Downloading CheckUp

After registering for CheckUp, you will be presented with a Web page for downloading CheckUp. Clicking the green Download CheckUp button will start the CheckUp download.

You will also receive an email containing download instructions. See the example email below. If you did not receive an email similar to the one below, please contact customercare@checkupsoftware.com.

To download CheckUp following the instructions included in the email, first locate the email you received and make sure you are connected to the Internet. (If you downloaded CheckUp from the download page, skip down to the next section.) Click the link located halfway down the email that looks like http://www.checkupsoftware.com....

A new browser window will open along with a box prompting you for a User name and Password. (See the image below.) The email containing the download link also includes the User name and Password to enter in this box. Locate this information and enter it into the box. Click OK.

A new box will now appear asking you to Run, Save, or Cancel the download.

Click Run to automatically start the installation process as soon as the download is complete. If you would prefer to install CheckUp at a later time, click Save. If you choose Save, you will be asked to choose a location to save the file CheckUp-...-Setup.exe. Make sure to save it in a place that will be easy to remember, like the Desktop.
